In this role, Choudhary will provide strategic legal leadership across a broad range of corporate and operational matters as HData scales its platform and expands its customer base.
Choudhary brings more than 20 years of legal experience spanning AmLaw 100 firms, Fortune 100 companies, and high-growth startups. Throughout his career, he has served as general counsel, regional counsel, and senior counsel for technology companies, addressing a myriad of underlying products and services, including automotive components, autonomous vehicles, embedded software, robotics, engineering services, construction management, and synthetic fuels. His extensive background with both public and private companies positions him well to address the full spectrum of legal matters that technology companies handle.
At HData, Choudhary will lead efforts on SaaS contract management, privacy policy, and the legal privileges and protections that users of the HData platform depend on. He will also oversee corporate registrations and support board management to ensure that HData's legal infrastructure keeps pace with its business momentum.
