Wednesday, October 1, 2025—Systrends, the leading provider of FERC reporting software to the U.S. regulated energy industry, today announced the acquisition of HData’s Compliance solution, a FERC accounting and financial reporting software that automates eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging for annual and quarterly financial reports under FERC Order 859.

strategic acquisition expands Systrends’ customer reach and integrates HData’s proven
