HData is pleased to announce that Matthew Rolnick has joined the company as Senior Regulatory Solutions Architect. With 20 years of experience in energy policy, regulation, and program implementation, Rolnick brings firsthand regulatory experience to HData’s customers directly.
Prior to joining HData, Rolnick was an Energy Analyst and Outreach Specialist at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Office of Public Participation, where he helped individuals and organizations engage more effectively with the nation's energy systems. Before FERC, he spent seven years as a Staff Analyst at the Maine Public Utilities Commission across a wide range of electric and gas proceedings. Earlier in his career, Rolnick developed policy and managed energy efficiency programs across New York, California, Maine, and Israel.
