HData is pleased to announce that Rajesh Arora has joined the company’s Board of Advisors. Arora brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and data leadership, with a record of leading large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, and data modernization initiatives.
“Rajesh brings exactly the kind of enterprise data leadership that our customers and our platform demand,” said Hudson Hollister, CEO of HData. “He has spent his career turning complex data environments into business advantage at scale, and that is precisely what HData is built to do for the regulated energy industry. We are thrilled to have him on our advisory board.”
Arora serves as the Vice President and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Principal Financial Group, where he leads the enterprise-wide strategy for data and analytics. In that role, he oversees artificial intelligence, data governance, data architecture, and analytics to enhance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. Prior to joining Principal, he held senior leadership roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where he spearheaded multi-year technology investment roadmaps, implemented enterprise analytics platforms, and optimized customer experience solutions using AI and cloud technologies.
His expertise with data strategy, AI-driven analytics, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and compliance aligns directly with HData’s mission to deliver actionable regulatory intelligence to energy professionals through centralized data, powerful AI, and purpose-built applications.
“Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping organizations turn complex data environments into meaningful business outcomes,” Arora stated. “HData is addressing a challenge I’ve seen across regulated industries: making authoritative data trusted, accessible, and decision-ready at scale. I look forward to contributing to HData with that cross-industry perspective.”
