Centralized regulatory data is foundational to the HData platform. In addition to the 23 million files in the HData Library from FERC dockets, state dockets, IRP catalogs and more, HData has long supported file uploads. This allows users to leverage the powerful capabilities of Regulatory AI with documents that are not publicly available.
From rate case testimony preparation to data request management, organizations often want support for AI-powered analysis with files that may be confidential or otherwise not filed with commissions. These documents are stored in the organization's file repository, such as Microsoft SharePoint. When these documents number in the thousands, users quickly run into two common limitations:
To help users more easily work with propriety documents, HData now supports integrations with common file management systems. This enables streamlined and secure access to your organization’s documents within the HData platform, allowing you to seamlessly work with these files in Regulatory AI. Data integrations in the HData platform:
HData will partner with you and your IT team to connect integrations. We’ll collect your requirements for the folders and files to sync, and map connections as drives within the Data Hub of the HData platform. Files are then available as read-only, and cannot be modified, moved, or altered within HData.
Enterprise-ready connections include SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive. Integrations are included with your subscription to HData. To get started with an integration, contact your HData Customer Success Manager.
